Payment Modes

What are the payment modes available?

We accept payment via Local Bank Transfer, Telegraphic Transfer, VisaCard, MasterCard, UnionPay(CUP) and American Express.

For card payment, there will be an additional 2.4% surcharge.

Are there any instalment plans available?

DBS cards are applicable for 6/12 months(IPP) instalment plans.

Additional 3% surcharge for 6 months repayment plan.
Additional 4% surcharge for 12 months repayment plan.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We only ship after we receive the full amount for the timepiece. Shipment will be fully insured. However, logistic fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by buyers.

Warranty

Are your timepieces covered by warranty?

For brand new pieces, warranty will be covered by their respective agent for the stipulated period(2 or 5 years). For pre-owned timepieces, we do our diligence on its authenticity, condition and timekeeping. These will be sold as it is.

Tax Refund

Are all your timepieces eligible for tax refund?

We have Tourist Tax Refund (eTRS) or export schemes available. However, not all timepieces are eligible for tax refund. Please check with us on the eligibility. Thank you
